With the broad application of modern information and communication technology in education and teaching,"informatizaton" has a great effect on the development of education and teaching.In March,2012,Ministry of Education issued the document,"the 10-year development plan of educational informatization",and in the same year,in October,further released,"the notification of current focal work on accelerating the development of educational informatization",which indicates the educational informatization is highly valued by our government,educational authorities and schools.This paper is themed by the status and improvement of the high school "classroom instruction informatization",based on the practical cases in CY high school which are targeted on the deficiency in the present phase of classroom instruction informatization and is to seek the strategic way of improvement through analyzing the origin of those problems.The research also represents the common problems existing in school administration under current educational reform circumstance.As the vice-principal of CY high school responsible for"informatization" and teaching for many years,I have employed the action research methodology based on my practical work,combined with my practice experience and thinking during the school administration work and supplemented by the methods of research,survey and comparative study,to analyze the key problems existing in CY high school daily classroom instruction of the current phase:1,the low usage rate of "informatization" resource in daily teaching;2,the deficient acknowledgement of "informatization" function and common sense among students and teachers;3,the ineffective outcome of"informatization" in the development of daily classroom instruction.I try to explore the origins of the above problems from the perspectives of teachers-students,performance concept and school administration.In consideration of those problems and their origins,I refer to the successful experiences from domestic and overseas schools and study the relevant policies and activities of domestic and overseas government,as well as the related theory and research achievements on"informatizaton" through the literature reviews and studies.Based on the above efforts I have designed and organized the improvement action of "classroom instruction informatization" in CY high school and launched two rounds of practice and research from 2014 to 2016.Through these two rounds of practice together with the typical cases studies,and by reflecting and analyzing the drawbacks and problems in school improvement action from the perspective of "effectiveness",I hereby propose four factors in enhancing the effectiveness in the present phase of "classroom instruction informatization":1,the combination of long-term and short-term goals;2,the complementation of information technology strength and traditional education strength;3,the balance between technology update and daily convenience;4,the optimization of students' feedback mechanism.I further summarize the main approaches of the further improvement in the present phase of"classroom instruction informatization":to define the distributed leadership performance accountability and join the force of administration,teaching and technology;to optimize the synthetical appraisement structure to meet with the complex adaptive system(Complex Adaptive System:students and teachers are active and adaptable subjects,and the adaptability generates the complexity);to enrich the feed system and to break the closed system of informatization teaching resource;to support the optimization of daily classroom instruction through the input of centralized and decentralized informatization resource.Hopefully these approaches serve as the new start of school follow-up improvement.
