The Research Of Humanistic Quality Training And University Students’ Ideological And Political Education

Ideological and political education is a kind of practice which takes "the human" as the object,and emphasizes on "the human" as the starting point and the home to return of all activities.To help people to solve the "what to do" and "how to do" questions is its main responsibility.University students as the reserve talented person team of our party and country,has its own growth and development regularity,and the university students’ ideological and political education which concerns the healthy growth of university students takes university students free and all-round development as the ultimate goal.But for a long time,due to various reasons(conditions),the reality often ignored the important role of humanistic quality training,and it doesn’t have a positive impact on university students’ mental quality,inner personality,the humanistic culture,etc,and restricts the effectiveness of university students’ ideological and political education.Humanistic quality training is a long-term and arduous task,mainly through the education of humanistic quality in daily teaching.It contains with humanistic quality of physical and mental quality,ideological and moral quality,cultural quality,psychological quality,ability quality,etc,and advocates the dignity of the person with the spirit of the humanistic,the value of a man,man’s ideal,the character,man’s life and closely related to human survival significance.Putting the humanistic knowledge and humanistic spirit,humanistic thought and humanistic methods and other contents of humanistic quality training into the process of university students’ all-round development,will surely enrich university students’ ideological and political education contents and forms,enhance the affinity of ideological and political education,effectiveness and infection,thus promoting university students’ all-round and harmonious development.This article bases on the relationship between university students’ ideological and political education and humanistic quality training,closelycombined with the current status of university students’ humanistic quality training,focus on the present problems and reason analysis,puts forward some concrete countermeasures and suggestions,in order to improve the effectiveness of university students’ ideological and political education and humanistic quality training,and play a proper role.This article is divided into four parts.The first part points out the research background,value and significance about the choice of university students’ ideological and political education and humanistic quality training.Mainly analyzes the current conducted the subject faced by the institute of internal and external development environment,and the difficult point and innovation point in the research process.The second part points out that the connotation and content about ideological and political education and university students’ ideological and political education,humanistic quality and humanistic quality training,and the relationship between them.Mainly analyzes the practical significance of implementing humanistic quality training for university students and its facing the special requirements.The third part points out the current situation of university students’ humanistic quality training,mainly contains the achievements and the deficiencies.Focus on the performance of the deficiencies,and deeply analyzes the reasons of deficiencies and the adverse consequences.The fourth part points out that the thinking and countermeasures of strengthening the university students’ ideological and political education and humanistic quality training.According to the existing deficiencies and the reasons,aiming at the lack of the responsibility of university students,university teachers of humanities,department of management,the family and social education subjects,from strengthening humanistic teacher team construction in universities,transferring education ideas,adjusting the professional education mode,implementing the strict evaluation of education effectiveness and improving the education environment aspects to put forward concrete,practical countermeasures and suggestions,update ideas of humanistic quality training.Through the above study,the analysis problem and the reason put forward the countermeasures and the suggestions,to make university educators and the educated realize the theoretical value and practical significance of strengtheningand improving university student’ ideological and political education and humanistic quality training,and clearly be familiar with the responsibility in the process of university students’ humanistic quality training,and actively promote the implementation of the humanity quality training practice activity to achieve the all-round development of university students under the new situation,and at the same time the effectiveness of university students’ ideological and political education work results obtain rapid development.
