As a new form of education into the public view,how to carry out innovative curriculum suitable for the cultivation of students' innovation ability in colleges and universities has become the challenge of keeping education suitable in the future.Higher education training students not only to master their own basic knowledge and skills,more importantly,can be integrated use of knowledge and independent innovation applied to real life.For normal students,the need to solve the problem is how to develop their own information technology application capabilities,to adapt to the requirements of the employer's talent.At present,colleges and universities mainly through the "modern education technology" public class "normal class" to achieve the ability of students to enhance the application of information technology,through limited time arrangements to achieve the upgrading of students' ability to promote the development of innovative ability.In this paper,based on the understanding of the concept of innovation,the author explores the elements that are implemented in the "normal course".The author mainly promotes the students' participation in the study through the creation of the project project based on the concept of the idea of pursuing the students.Through reasonable planning and reorganization,So that students have a great ability to exercise,for the work of the post to provide effective protection.In this study,the research methods include questionnaire survey method,the literature method,interview method,Classroom observation.First of all,the research of the literature,clarify the research on the research of domestic and foreign scholars related to the study of foreign students,through the combing of domestic and foreign research on the application of information technology capabilities,including the development and interpretation of standards.To determine the theoretical basis of this study,the author defines the author's education and other related concepts.Secondly,the questionnaire survey and interview,the design of the normal teacher information technology application capacity performance questionnaire,the teacher to investigate,analyze the data to understand the application of information technology capacity of normal students.Questionnaire on the one hand,a small range of initial test is carried out on the questionnaire reliability and validity of the test,on the other hand a large range of formal measurement is the initial measurement links to determine the main dimensions of the dimension,and further training for the application of information technology students Direction;for the primary school teachers to interview the subject design to understand the needs of information technology applications and the use of the existing problems in the process for the design and construction of the concept of education under the vision of the curriculum to provide realistic requirements.Finally,by constructing the training mechanism of information technology application ability of normal students under the view of design-based foster education,this paper analyzes the relevant elements of the implementation of Pioneer Education Curriculum,takes "public education technology" as an example,selects two cases,by classroom observation,The implementation of the effect of interviews with students to understand the students in the learning process of the feelings and ideas,put forward to improve the application of information technology students ability of the strategy.
