The rapid developments of aging in China,Home-based care,although the rapid development of community endowment,but still can not meet the needs of the aged in our country,the development of old-age homes is in the bag.Most of the current research focuses on how to use resources to meet the needs of the elderly To accommodate the maximum number of the elderly,to alleviate the physiological needs of the elderly,to enable it to fulfil the most basic aspects of life,and maintain the normal life state.But it ignores the deeper levels of the disabled elderly whether the requirements have been met,It also ignores the most contact with the elderly and more nursing staff,The quality of the services provided by this group,The provision of care services with reference to what standards of service,What kind of qualifications accreditation,To be able to meet the needs of the elderly and to what extent,It has encountered difficulties at work again,The author believes that the study of these problems is very important,because they directly affect the manners of care the quality of life of older persons.This study will focus on a specific pension institutions,explore the relationship between the disabled elderly service demand and supply,working condition and plight of caregivers,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions from the perspective of social work service.The disabled elderly in the institutions are generally characterized by the aging of the elderly,the degree of damage to the body function,so the state of the elderly in the service of the demand for large,high quality of service requirements.In the institutional endowment,most of the basic care for disabled elderly people can be met,but in the physical and psychological aspects of the deeper needs can not be met well.For example,there is a great demand for the rehabilitation of the disabled in the physical aspects of the elderly,the elderly at the psychological level of emotional comfort,humane care has a deeper desire.And the needs of the elderly there is the characteristics of the individual,the agency can not provide the bulk of the service of the elderly in response to the needs of the elderly.The service providers in the pension institutions are not optimistic about their working conditions.Healthcare services,service content has the characteristics of the home,batch service personnel;lack of professional knowledge and skills related to the system of skill training;in the service process is the lack of unified standards and supervision.The service provided by institutional care providers can not well meet the disabled elderly,which is the main reason for the poor quality of life for the disabled elderly.But at the same time,care researchers also suffered in the predicament,they have trouble in communicating with the elderly;excess workload and depressing work environment will accelerate the aging speed of caregivers of physical and mental disability;physiological status of the elderly special nursing risk increase of caregivers of the elderly;the supply and demand of services in real life the dislocation caused caregivers identity embarrassment etc..According to the difficulties encountered in the work of institutional care workers,social workers to provide targeted services.The use of professional group work and case methods to help institutional caregivers to vent emotions;to provide knowledge and skills on the support;to help them understand the risk aversion methods;so that caregivers to deepen understanding of the elderly.At the same time,it can also provide the corresponding services for the disabled elderly,increase the companionship of the disabled elderly,and enhance the understanding of both supply and demand sides.
