Research On Purchasing Management Method And System Of Maintenance Spare Parts In University Logistics

As the society develops to "Internet +",the informatization of universities has become the basic work of the construction of universities under the new situation,and the logistics informatization of universities is an important part.In the background of"Internet + university logistics",it is an inevitable trend to introduce modern information technology which is mainly composed of Internet to logistics management,and it aims at achieving the management of digitization,networking and intelligentization.It is one of the core work of university logistics to provide convenient maintenance services for teachers and students,so the purchasing management of maintenance spare parts is the key point of this work.With the increasement of university's annual enrollment,the types and quantities of spare parts amplified significantly,which has brought new chanllenges to management.Nowadays,there are many problems in purchasing management such as the lack of focus on spare parts control,demand forecasting mechanism and effective purchasing inventory strategy.Moreover,the way of management is relatively backward,which still based on the traditional artificial way.Although some universities have introduced the purchasingt management software,the function is only simple accounting and statistics.It can not provide decision support for managers.Aiming at the above problems,the research work of this paper can be mainly divided into two aspects:? According to the characteristics of maintenance spare parts in universities logistics,the purchasing management methods are improved:put forward the models and algorithms such as maintenance spare parts classification,demand forecasting,purchasing inventory strategy;? Taking the logistics maintenance center of A University as an example,the purchasing management system of maintenance spare parts with optimized purchasing decision function is designed and developed on the basis of the proposed model.The details are as follows:(1)This paper uses the ABC classification method based on DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis)to classify the maintenance spare parts according to the important degree,so as to clarify the focus of inventory control.And this lays the foundation for purchasing management.(2)This paper proposes two forecasting methods for logistics maintenance spare parts of A-class,including continuous demand forecasting method and intermittent demand forecasting method.In the continuous demand forecasting method,three models,"Simple Seasonal Exponential Smoothing Model","Winters Multiplicative Model'" and"Autoregressive Moving Average Model(ARIMA)" are used to forecast,and finally by the comparison of forecasting precision,Winters multiplicative model is selected as the best forecasting model.In the intermittent demand forecasting method,Croston method is used in this paper,and the example is analyzed.(3)This paper puts forward the purchasing model and algorithm of logistics spare parts.For the spare parts of A-class,use single-species dynamic batch purchasing model(Wagner-Whitin algorithm)and multi-variety dynamic batch purchasing model.For the spare parts of B-class and C-class,(t,s,Q)purchasing inventory model with safety stock is adopted.(4)This paper,taking the logistics maintenance center of A University as an example,designs and develops the purchasing management system of spare parts in universities logistcs,and applys the decision models such as spare parts classification,demand forecasting and purchasing strategy to system.It is able to scientifically predict the optimal purchasing quantity and time,thus realizing the auxiliary decision function of the system.
