Study On The Evolution Of Suburban Rural Settlement Based On The Angle Of Desakota-pixian Tudi Village 1996-2015

China is in the period of fast urbanization nowadays,the extension of urban land,the recombination of urban internal function and structure,the change of the relationship between the main city and suburban areas,and profoundly affect the evolution of suburban settlements.This study chooses Pixian Tudi village as the object of study,and based on Desakota theory of Canadian scholar T.G.McGee,With the perspective of economic and social and the physical space elements development of villages,stt dying on the village completely from the aspect of industrial structure,population structure,land use,building space,street space landscape resource,during the evolution of the land village from 1996 to 2015.In order to find out spatial evolution stage,evolution mechanism and characteristics of Tudi settlement in 20 years,in order to analyze the morphological evolution and corresponding mechanism of suburban settlement in Chengdu in the view of "Desakota",provide a referential case and offer research thought for the suburban settlements.This paper contains four parts:(1)The first part consists of the introduction and the literature review,which contains mainly of the research background,research methods,research ideas and the framework,the definition of research concepts and demonstration of the rationality of current domestic and foreign research.(2)The second part is composed of the third chapter of the paper,this part mainly researches on the evolution of Tudi village stage,characteristic and mechanism,discusses the changes between 1996 and 2015,in terms of industrial structure,population structure,land use,building space,street space and landscape resource.The evolution of village is divided into three different stages,describes the evolution of all kinds of elements in 20 years:the industrial structure changed from the primary industry occupies an leading position to secondary and tertiary industry as the leading industry,the industry space changed from dispersion to homogeneous polymerization;The composition of the population shift from household population to the villages of migrant workers;the land use changed from residential land to residential land,commercial land,logistics land,service land;The landscape pattern changes from agricultural type to modern mixed type;architectural space changes from dispersion to aggregation;traffic organization tends to perfect from natural organic.Through the summary and analysis of the evolution of Tudi village,form the evolution characteristics of settlements,and the various elements are dynamic,besides,analysis of the dynamic mechanism of the the evolution of the Tudi village,finally promoted that the village structure mainly contains three kinds of reasons:Institutional factors,policy factors,and the location factors.The Institutional factors mainly comes from the urban and rural different land use system,different planning system,and the autonomous village.The policy factors include stages of urban and rural areas combination,and the location factors includes the extension of urban traffic facilities and key projects and restriction of ring ecological zone.(3)The third part is the fifth chapter,according to the evolution analysis of the Tudi village settlement form development,discussing the presence of the question,and put forward corresponding strategies.
