"High-level national minority backbone talents personnel plan" as a national favorable policy towards minorities,the measure that appropriate drop points" admission,in object aspect,it inevitably lead to the congenital disadvantage of graduate matriculate quality(input)in this plan,which makes the talent training quality problem is particularly prominent.The attention towards the master candidate groups training quality,especially the teaching quality,is not only beneficial to the improvement of master candidate training quality,but also contributes to the implementation of national policies and the long-term development of the ethnic minority areas.Starting from the perspective of student satisfaction in this study taking the teaching quality of master candidate in this plan as the research object,according to the customers'(student)satisfaction,quality of teaching and other related theoretical results,on the basis of reference of existing relevant index system of student satisfaction questionnaire design,to develop the questionnaire,through the network and the way of point to point in the domestic universities in all levels "High-level national minority backbone talents personnel plan" is a master candidate of questionnaire investigation,and finally on the basis of the analysis of 210 samples to complete this study.In the process of research,it mainly adopts the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis method as the main method of research and analysis.The main research conclusions are as follows:the master candidate for the overall satisfaction of the whole teaching quality of "High-level national minority backbone talents personnel plan" is good;the student satisfaction degree about teaching management is highest,major and curriculum is lowest;School reputation and student satisfaction were positively correlated relationship;Training mode,identity to entrance,subject categories,admission and Chinese level have a significant influence on student satisfaction,and gender,whether normal colleges,whether to cross major,school level and native language is Chinese or not,had no significant effect on student satisfaction.To improve the teaching quality of postgraduate,according to the research results,the following suggestions are provide:(1)setting the talent training scheme in this plan,pay more attention to the rationality of the system setting,(2)reforming major and curriculum,the key is optimize curriculum content and perfect the curriculum;(3)improving the effect of classroom teaching,focus on improve the effect of help;(4)perfecting the education teaching measures,improving the level of teaching management,strengthening the construction of infrastructure of teaching;(5)improving current education teaching evaluation system,taking the student satisfaction of teaching quality into higher education evaluation system;(6)improving the academic level of the school,and actively build good social reputation of school.
