Research On The Cultivation Of Entrepreneurial Talents In Universities Based On Competency Model

The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)in 2012 put forward the idea of "Increasing the Support for Cultivating Innovative and Innovative Talents".This is the first time that the training of innovative talents has appeared in the report of the Party Congress,which fully demonstrates that the significance of the cultivation of innovative talents in the party and state.Whether the country is prosperous is based on the talents.Innovation and entrepreneurship training is essential to promote our country become a great power human capital from a human resources country.The cultivation of innovative talents has attracted high attention and sufficient discussion,and compared with it,the cultivation of entrepreneurial talent is equally important but the attention is not enough.Especially in recent decades,Europe and the United States attaches great importance to entrepreneurship education,China is clearly lagging behind the trend in this trend,coupled with the country vigorously promote the "double record" education in recent years,entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial talent training should cause us to pay enough attention.The employment problem has always been a problem since the colleges has expansion plan in1999,but it is not entirely due to fewer jobs.In recent years,"was no post"and "not with the industry" phenomenon becomes more prominent,the major reason is the ability of graduates and business requirements do not match.Higher education shoulders the important task of personnel training and social service.If universities can explore a suitable way to cultivate entrepreneurial talents,the alleviation of employment will play a great role in promoting the service to the public.The cultivation of talents is a complicated project,but the research on this issue can be attributed to the cultivation of human quality and ability from any angle.Therefore,this article comes up entrepreneurial talent training from the aspects of ability and quality of entrepreneurial talents.This article is to explore a question:entrepreneurial talent with what kind of ability and quality?The study of this problem not only allows us to understand the entrepreneurial talents from the theoretical level,master the quality characteristics of this type of talent,but also can help us to provide more objective factual basis in the cultivation of entrepreneurial talent.From the current domestic research on entrepreneurial talent status,the problem has not been attracts enough attention.Therefore,this paper attempts to outline the ability and quality of entrepreneurial talents through the competence quality model theory,and use it as a reference to provide some references and suggestions for the cultivation of higher education entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education.The thesis is start with combination of the theory and the empirical research,the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis and it is based on the theory of competency model and the theory of entrepreneurship education.This article mainly carries on according to following three aspects:(1)What kind of question exists in the entrepreneurial talented person training and what's the situation of it?(2)What kind of quality and ability structure should have as entrepreneurial talent(3)How to carry out entrepreneurial talent training,and from which aspects?This paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents in China's higher education,and points out that unreasonable target setting of entrepreneurial talent cultivation,unscientific curriculum establishment of entrepreneurial talent cultivation,improper training methods of entrepreneurial talents and the lack of synergetic conditions are the major reasons of backwardness of entrepreneurship education in our country.This paper constructs the competency model of entrepreneurial talents with the help of BEI behavioral interviewing method and biographical analysis method.The author summarizes the entrepreneurial talents through 38 specific abilities from three aspects,which including the entrepreneurial ability,entrepreneurial knowledge elements and entrepreneurial personality motivation.The results show that entrepreneurial knowledge is the foundation of entrepreneurial activities,and reasonable knowledge structure is essential for entrepreneurial success;keen insight,reflection and teamwork are important abilities for entrepreneurial talents;and perseverance,self-reliance of the personality character are the key factors for stimulate entrepreneurial motivation.The development of entrepreneurial talents ability should focus on above three aspects.Finally,the thesis puts forward the suggestions of optimizing the cultivation mode of entrepreneurial talents as the solution to the above problems.Starting from the concept of "people-oriented",we should set up a reasonable training target for entrepreneurial talents.Entrepreneurship education is to set the "genetic code of starting an undertaking" for the educated,focusing on the pioneering personality traits Shape;Start with the advantages of colleges and universities,to combine the entrepreneurial education and the advantages.The author puts forward a systematic curriculum structure to promote the balanced development of knowledge,ability and character.At the same time,the author points out that entrepreneurship education and faculty should be constructed to promote the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents.The innovation of this paper is to build the competence model of entrepreneurial talent,and put forward suggestions like "change the existing cultivation target of entrepreneurial talents" for cultivating entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities.The shortcomings of this paper is that the samples are not enough in the model sampling due to time constraints,and the proposed analysis of the cultivation of entrepreneurial talent may not be sufficient due to limited personal knowledge and ability.
