In September 2014 Summer Davos Forum, Li Keqiang issues a call to "public entrepreneurship and innovation". With the more perfect of national systems and mechanisms, by age is over the opportunity of striking it rich, "Transformation,upgrading and innovation" has become a theme of contemporary fields, and the field of education is no exception. The transformation and upgrading, innovation and development in the field of education, as a practitioner role teachers play an important role. Secondary school is the key to the healthy development of the students, School education "lighthouse"- teacher's competency is healthy growth of students, school are the important factors of booming. This study in high school teachers as the research object, the teacher competence as the research content, adopt qualitative research and quantitative research methods the method of combining using critical incident interviews and questionnaire survey study of middle school teachers' competency model.In this paper, the first part is the introduction, mainly introduced the thesis research background, research significance, the paper defines the concept of at the same time.In this paper, the second part is literature review. Mainly summarized the competency, competency model, teacher competency research theory, related research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars on the competency and the latest trends are reviewed.In this paper, the third part of the macro determines the thesis research ideas and research methods. This part by part of the middle school teachers in Jiangxi province(including key high school, junior high school, high school early, the common technical secondary school, high school teachers) as the object of subjects. By adopting behavioral event interview method, questionnaire survey method, factor analysis and other methods to explore middle school teachers' competence. Through study of middle school teachers' competence, guided by innovative talent training of middle school teachers' competency model consists of five core factors: educationalteaching ability, professional ethics, innovative potential and coordination ability, and innovative quality. Contains 24 competency projects are respectively pedagogy knowledge, tolerance, and guide students to "inappropriate" behavior ability, ability to use language, teaching art and teaching design ability, emotional awareness,curriculum development, teaching evaluation and teaching enthusiasm, strong sense of responsibility, care about students, dedication, objectivity, lifelong learning ability,positive beliefs and independent personality, organization and management ability,the unity cooperation ability, team building skills, conceptual thinking, flexibility,creativity, curiosity, and analytical thinking.The fourth part of the thesis is on innovative talent cultivation orientation of middle school teachers' competency model research of middle school teachers' selection, training, academic team building, and independent development are proposed.The fifth part is the results discussed in this paper. This study is based on the theory of competency for middle school teachers' competency of a tentative discussion, some have certain academic and application value of the data and conclusions, but there are also disadvantages. Finally, the paper also made a prospect for future research.
