Objective This theses aims to through the investigate and analyze the status quo of the humanities quality of college nursing students from four grades; tries to study and formulate a program correspond to the current situation and to explore methods and ways for training the humanities quality of Chinese medicine college nursing students according to the questionnaire survey and interview. And then, finds out that the Traditional Chinese Medicine plays an active role in the cultivation of humanistic quality of nursing students in Chinese Medicine colleges and universities and tries to provide the theoretical support of the improvement of nursing humanistic quality education.Method Cluster sampling method was used in this study. The sampling of this research was the questionnaire of four grades nursing students in the Changchun University of Chinese Medicine. These questionnaires were issued on the basis of different grades. The questionnaire content mainly included Personal Basic Situation, Basic Humanities, Nursing Humanities,Chinese Medicine Knowledge, Status Evaluation and Questionnaire Evaluation. The questionnaire was used as a research tool, which was completed by 790 undergraduate nursing students. After sorting out these collected data, using Excel to establish a database, using T-test and variance analysis for measurement data and using SPSS 22.0 software for statistical analysis.Results The students' average score of the whole humanistic knowledge is(8.92±2.28) .The basic score of humanistic knowledge is (3.31 ±1.41) , the score of nursing humanistic knowledge is(3.95±1 .31), and the score of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge is (1.66±0.80) .Above all, students are coming from liberal arts and sciences, having different internship time and different grades, which can have an impact on the score humanistic knowledge (P<0.01) . Another reason is that students have the relative understanding and basic concept of the terms, such as "humanistic spirit", "humanistic quality ", "humanistic culture" and "humanistic feelings", etc. Meanwhile, they can realize the importance of cultivating the humanistic quality. In the process of their learning and internship, they can practice according to the demands of nursing profession, follow the code of ethics and develop their abilities of humanistic care.Conclusion1. The master degree of humanistic knowledge of nursing undergraduate students is poor.2. The humanistic morality and attitude of the mainstream group are positive and uplifting.3. The basic situation of nursing students were correlated with their grades, high school science, practice time and humanities knowledge score. The main factors that affect the level of humanistic quality of nursing students are the basic situation of the individual, nursing students lack of active learning ability, training and guidance and dominant ideas, and the different access of nursing students' humanistic knowledge acquirement etc.4. Carry on the countermeasure according to the current situation: establish the whole process of training system including the basic cognitive stage, learning and consolidation stage,improve the use of the stage and the evaluation feedback stage; expansion and utilization of resources, including the utilization of network resources and the utilization of social resources;the effective play of the role of traditional Chinese medicine culture, including the establishment of humanistic atmosphere of traditional Chinese medicine and the comprehensive nature of traditional Chinese medicine and cultural studies, etc.
