With the development of the economy, the need of nursing professionals increases dayand night, in order to meet the need of nursing professionals of the society, the cultivation ofnursing professionals has no time to delay, especially in such complicated social environment.Nurses work in military faces various military tasks, they have to learn enough theories andpolish their nursing skills in order to meet the needs of the new military revolution. Nursingundergraduate education is an important stage of the training on advanced nursing talents. Ifmilitary schools want to improve the quality of advanced nursing talents, they have tostrengthen the reformation of nursing education and attach more importance to themanagement of teaching quality to ensure the sustainable development of Nursing EducationCareer. ISO9000Standard is a universally Quality Management System which is used byevery industry. And every industry’s quality management needs can be met, including theteaching quality management in Higher education. ISO9000Standard makes the optimizationof teaching quality evaluation in military medical universities possible. On the bases ofISO9000Standard, evaluating the teaching quality of Nursing undergraduate, finding theshortages during the teaching process, finding the problems and correcting them in time, thesehave profound meaning to the sustaining improvement of the teaching quality of Nursingundergraduate and cultivate military nursing talents with high quality.Objective: This article uses ISO9000Standard as the direction, Teaching QualityEvaluation Standard of higher education at home and abroad、the Basic Quality and Ability ofteachers、Modern Teaching Concept as foundation, it tries to set a scientific teaching qualityevaluate system of Nursing undergraduate which corresponds to the need of time and are ofmilitary features. We hope this could help evaluate the teaching quality of Nursingundergraduate in military medical university and that it could do good to the reformation of teaching.Methods:1. In allusion to the current situation of the teaching quality of Nursingundergraduate, combining to the nursing education of one military medical university, afterreading a large amount of relevant literatures、analyzing the theories, we set drafts and consulttables of "The Study of the Teaching Quality Evaluation of Nursing Undergraduate in MilitaryMedical College Based on ISO9000Standard";2.We selecting35experts and determine4first class indexes、20second class indexes of professional evaluating systems and4first classindexes、20second class indexes of student evaluating systems after two sections ofconsulting; we use Optimal Sequence Diagram Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process todetermine the weight of every index, finally finish the construction of "The Study of theTeaching Quality Evaluation of Nursing Undergraduate in Military Medical College Based onISO9000Standard";3. Selecting5Supervision experts and60Nursing Undergraduates of2009grade who have attended professional nursing classes randomly, using the above indexesto conduct the empirical research of three stages, in other words, we give out questionnairesand Analyze and finish the statics before、in and after the class respectively. Finally put in thestatics, using SPSS13.0to conduct variance analysis.Conclusion: There is no report of teaching quality evaluation of nursing undergraduatebased on ISO9000standard. This study constructs a teaching quality evaluation system basedon ISO9000which has military features and shows the characteristics of nursing professional,it can be used by both experts and students, it provides a pertinency evaluation system for theteaching quality evaluation of nursing undergraduate.2.Of all the empirical researches of theconstruction of the index system, it has been proved in practice that constructing eachevaluating index based on ISO9000standard, the weighting design is scientific andreasonable. It can reflects the characteristics of the nursing education of military medicaluniversity better, rectify the problems according to the shortages during the teaching qualityevaluation process and make the teaching quality of nursing undergraduate of militarymedical university improves continuously.
