Coach Technology Application Research On College Students’ Career Planning Education

Coaching originated from the United States in the early 1970s, Because of the excellent ability of Gallwey in tennis coaching.This news caused people’s attention. With the rapid development of society, employment and entrepreneurship is a priority and difficulty for colleges. The application of coach technology in college students’ career planning education is not only an inheritance based on previous work, but also an innovation to college students’ career planning education. Coach technology as a kind of new education concept and technology, applied to the career planning education, enriched and developed the theory of career planning education. It also may change the existing mode of career planning education completely and develop a new education mode. Coach technology applied to college career planning course is to help guide students to understand themselves, and explore the potential, enhance the ability of social adaptation and promote the realization of practical significance to higher quality employment.Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of college students’ career, the author further expounds the feasibility of the coach technology in the career planning education of college students. Through coaching specific application in college classroom project and individual case, using the survey conducted by statistical analysis, the author concluded that the results:compared with the traditional career planning class, coach technology application in college students’career planning education can locate themselves accurately, set up career planning consciousness, pioneering ideas, improve the ability of target decomposition and career planning execution. In the last part, the author summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of coaching group counseling and case consultation, analyze the causes of insufficient, proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions:society, universities, students should make efforts to do a good job in college students’ career planning.
