Career Planning of college students is closely related to obtain employment and individual career development, which becomes the important reference basis of the school changing education teaching ideas. Since the issue “Opinions on the Current Development of Pre-school Education” is published in November, 2010 by the State Council, the long-term development of pre-school students has become one of the public concerns; the professional career planning of the preschool education majors is also paid more attention.Based on the research of sorting out domestic and foreign college students career planning theories, taking Schein’s career development theory, Sapa "lifelong development" theory and Bandura’s social learning decision theory as the theoretical foundation, this study mainly uses the questionnaire survey. It analyzes B university students’ career planning majoring in preschool education from employment confidence, vocational awareness, self-awareness, career orientation, planning five dimensions of understanding; it also uses case interviews about the school counselors, career planning guidance teachers and professional teachers. There are five problems in students’ career planning, including lack of confidence in employment, vague vocational understanding, unclear career orientation, unclear self-awareness and weak planning. Then the study explained the causes of the above problems, that is, lacking of motivation, defecting school career planning education system, blocked social career planning education channel, lack of government support for early childhood education and career planning, and demographic variables. Finally, four measures were proposed, namely, inciting students’ motivation, perfecting school career planning system, opening up channels of social career planning education, and increasing government support for early childhood education and career planning. It is hoped that it can provide a reference for the career planning of the pre-school education students, thus improving the quality of the training of the students.
