Current Situation Of Rope Skipping In Vocational Colleges In Fujian Province And The Countermeasure Study

In recent years, China is in the national fitness craze movement, because of skipping motion’s variety, simple, ready to do features, folk, it spread quickly in schools and folk, more and more people are involved. Of course, Skipping school sports development is in a short time, and still in the stage of exploration and reform, and theoretical research foundation is weak, so this paper is investigated in jump rope on the Status Quo of Vocational College in Fujian province.The thesis mainly uses method of documentary, interviewing method, questionnaire method, logic analysis and other research methods and takes the vocational colleges in Fujian Province as object of study to investigate the current situation of the rope skipping in Fujian province vocational colleges from the view of department leaders, P.E. teachers and students.The investigation found:(1)The current situation of rope skipping courses in Vocational Colleges in Fujian Province is not optimistic. The rope skipping teachers are traditional in the teaching method, and does not pay much attention to the team work, creativity and personality of students.(2) Lack of indoor venues in higher vocational college, teaching equipment configuration in addition to teaching skipping rope can not completely guarantee, other can’t be fully able to meet the needs of schools.(3) Vocational Colleges in Fujian Province carry out a variety of rope skipping movement. But students did not take an active part in the rope skipping and the leader did not pay much attention to the activity.(4) The level of rope skipping of university students in Fujian Province has a rapid development but the referees are not professional and their level needs improving.(5) The rope skipping teachers of vocational colleges in Fujian Province is a young team and they are mostly bachelor degree. The scientific ability in rope skipping of them is not enough and they seldom take part in the training of rope skipping at ordinary times.(6) The students in Fujian Province vocational colleges do not have enough cognition on rope skipping; students prefer fancy rope skipping and the way they study the rope skipping is through the teaching of teacher or self study through internet.(7) Fuzhou Vocational College pays much on the carrying out of rope skipping. The teachers and students all take an active part in it, which builds a good atmosphere of school rope skipping. The level of rope skipping of the school currently takes the leading position among the vocational colleges in the whole province.
