Research On "SWOT-AHP" Analysis And Promotion Strategy Of Rope Skipping In My Country

In recent years,the development of rope skipping in China has ushered in an opportunity.Under the organization and promotion of the social sports guidance center of the General Administration of sport of the people’s Republic of China and the national rope skipping promotion center,China has held rope skipping World Championships,open competitions,finals and other large-scale rope skipping events for many times.China’s rope skipping national team occupies a seat in the international rope skipping stage.In the development of China’s rope skipping and its events,the development of this new sport also faces a series of problems,such as: the project management department does not pay enough attention to rope skipping,the project development is lack of funds,the development of campus sports is unbalanced,and the lack of relevant teachers,etc.,which to some extent affect the development of rope skipping in China.Therefore,by using the methods of literature,questionnaire,field investigation,expert interview and analytic hierarchy process,combined with the relevant data analysis of the international and domestic performance of rope skipping,this paper studies and discusses the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the development of rope skipping in China,constructs the "swot-ahp" model to analyze and sort out,and investigates the jump in China The current situation of the development of rope skipping,the development process of rope skipping,the advantages and disadvantages,the gap between China and the world’s rope skipping powers and the problems highlighted in the rope skipping events in China,the reasons for restricting the development of rope skipping in China,the targeted adjustment strategies,the path and specific measures for the development of rope skipping in China are put forward to jointly promote the rope skipping in China Health and sustainable development.The results are as follows:(1)According to the investigation of the development of rope skipping in China,with the continuous promotion of events,the number of people participating in rope skipping events is increasing every year,and the sport of rope skipping is gradually recognized by the public.But there are still problems of unbalanced regional development.(2)From the analysis of the results of rope skipping competitions at home and abroad,we can see that: with the continuous improvement of all kinds of rope skipping events in China,the division of rope skipping events is more standardizedand standardized.Chinese teams have made amazing achievements in rope skipping international events and won medals for many times.However,under the rapid development of rope skipping,they also face problems such as unbalanced development of speed and pattern events.(3)Rope skipping has a deep mass base,its own characteristics and functions have certain advantages,and has an independent event,with a good event atmosphere.There are disadvantages in the aspects of the project management department’s insufficient attention to rope skipping,the shortage of project development funds,the unbalanced development of campus sports and rope skipping events,etc.under the needs of mass fitness,the holding of many rope skipping events,the establishment of international rope skipping Federation and the support of national policies,there are good development opportunities,but they are also faced with the lack of social awareness The rise of his rope skipping power,the low development level of domestic events,and the unbalanced development of speed and pattern events.(4)Based on the analysis of "swot-ahp" of China’s rope skipping,this paper puts forward that the development path of China’s rope skipping is the so pioneering strategic path of maintaining advantages and seizing opportunities.We should make full use of our own advantages and opportunities,at the same time,we should give consideration to the strategy of resistance and try to avoid the interference of the external environment.(5)The development strategy of rope skipping in China has the following three aspects: first,from the school level,we should strengthen the construction of teachers and campus culture,and promote rope skipping into teaching materials and classrooms;second,from the social level,we should promote the implementation of policies and measures,and strengthen the promotion of the concept of national fitness;finally,from the event level,we should constantly improve the details of the event and improve The competition level,rich cultural connotation,improve the image of the competition,constantly build the skipping rope competition brand,and encourage the market-oriented operation.
