High school geography focuses on the learning of the situation, reasons and other aspects of the geographical things and geographical distribution. It needs higher requirements for students'abilities. However, junior high school geography focuses on understanding the distribution of the geographical phenomenon. In principle, it does not involve a deeper level of the cause of the problem. From this, we can see that there is a big difference in the study of the geography knowledge of junior middle school and senior high school. While Senior One is in the transition phase from junior middle school to senior high school. On the one hand, the larger differences in learning content lead to poor adaptability of the senior one students. On the other hand, the students' learning style needs to transform in urgent. According to the characteristics of Senior One Geography, Senior One Geography mainly involves the learning of geography rules. According to its nature and Mr. Zhu Yaping's classification system, it can be divided into three types:geographical distribution rules, geographical evolution rules and geographical association rules. Students use linear thinking to understand and remember the rules of learning. This blocked the learners to establish a network of clues to link between things. So that when doing exercises, Students are prone to be unable to start, the omission of knowledge points and other phenomena. Therefore, highlight the importance of exercises comment lesson. Mind Map and the way of thinking of the human brain are similar. It refers to a visual representation of a learner's knowledge structure of a particular subject and is a semantic network representation method. So Mind Map is applied to geography exercises comment lesson so as to help the students to construct knowledge network and deepen the understanding of knowledge.In this paper, the literature research method is used to summarize the research progress of the domestic and international research on the Mind Map, analyze the basic idea of the constructivism learning theory, Piaget's schema theory and the brain science theory as well as its guiding role in this paper. Questionnaire survey method is used to dialysis the problems from Senior One Geography exercises comment lesson and provide a realistic basis for the study of this paper. And according to the problems, put forward to use Mind Map to optimize the principles and strategies of Senior One Geography exercises comment lesson. Finally, through the empirical research, inspect its effect. The results of the study show that Mind Map can help students sort out the knowledge, construct a knowledge system, help to improve the effect of exercises comment lesson and reflect the students' subject status.
