In the late 1960s,Tony Buzan,a British psychologist,put forward the concept of Mind Mapping.It is a tool to reproduce the thinking process.The 2017 edition of the High School Ideological and Politics Curriculum Standard advocates that high school ideological and political courses should respect the law of physical and mental development of students,and constantly improve teaching methods to cultivate students'innovative spirit and practical ability.As a method of learning and memory,mind mapping is conducive to improving memory,cultivating innovative thinking and enhancing creativity.Therefore,the research on the application of mind mapping in the high school ideological and political review course is a theoretical and practical topic worthy of discussion.This paper takes the application of mind mapping in the high school ideological and political review course as the research object,and studies the basic connotation,significance,existing problems,causes and optimization strategies of mind mapping by using literature research,investigation and case analysis.It is believed that mind mapping is a dynamic and organic review tool,which is of great significance in building knowledge system,improving review efficiency and enhancing logical thinking.In practice,the effectiveness and problems of using mind mapping exist side by side.The influence of traditional teaching ideas,the limited teaching time and energy,the influence of the existing review habits,the insufficiency of the application ability of mind map,the restriction of teaching evaluation system and other reasons have led to some problems in the application of mind map.There are some problems,such as neglecting the students'autonomy,some students' unconsciousness,the application of mind mapping focusing on the improvement of test-oriented ability,the unreasonable time distribution of mind mapping,and there is formalism in the application of mind mapping.To this end,we should constantly optimize the application of mind map in the high school political review class.Based on different learning objectives,optimize the application strategies of mind mapping to strengthen knowledge objectives,improve ability objectives and cultivate emotion,attitude and values;Based on different learning objectives,optimize the application strategies of mind mapping to strengthen knowledge objectives,improve ability objectives and cultivate emotional attitudes and values.Based on different knowledge contents,optimize the application strategies of mind mapping in the review of basic knowledge,unit knowledge and module knowledge.Based on different review stages,optimize the application strategies of mind map in the first review,the second review and the third review.This section combines teaching examples with theoretical summaries to provide a reference for the majority of front-line political teachers to use mind mapping in review lessons.
