The examination assignment of senior high school academic performance is in full swing, how to improve the reliability and validity of the tests is one of the problems to be solved. PISA focus on the all-round development of students by pencil test, the evaluation model is regarded as "educators World Cup". The study and the use for reference of PISA will benefit the progress and development of our evaluation.The paper starts from the PISA by researching document, analyses the differences of evaluation ideas, framework and content between PISA and senior high school academic performance test in biology. At the same time, taking the senior high school academic performance test in biology of Shanghai and PISA as an example, comparing the difference between technical progress and requirements (including control of the difficulty,usage of item and context, formulation of scoring). Finally, providing some proposal about how to optimize the examination assignment of senior high school academic performance in biology and how to improve the quality of feedback for promoting curriculum of China.
