The economic policy in our country has changed since 1980 s,and our country has started opening the door to develop the economy.Therefore,great changes have taken place in all aspects of the society,which brought great challenge to the moral education work.Currently,what attracts people most is whether the moral education work could implement and really put into practice.However,another problem is pragmatic aspects of the moral education work.Because the moral education work is not only a simple work,but also implicated in every part of the education work,including the relationship among school,teachers and parents.So we need to consider all the things and make plans carefully.After years of experience in the implementing the moral education work,the key to improve the moral education work is to improve the administration of the moral education.Only when we arrange the plan of the moral education can we see the most significant result of the moral education work.It is evident that the administration of moral education is very important.It not only is the hub and core of the moral education,but also occupies the most important position in the administration of the whole school work.The administration of the moral education is about whether it will be in accordance with the specific direction of the highest goal of the moral education.So we should deal with the relationship among school,teachers,parents and students in the correct methods,which is the basic of improving the graduation rates and the students' grades.The administration of the moral education is an indispensable part of the whole education system,connected with the theory and practice in the moral education.There are a lot of study and discussion about the administration of the moral education in the education and administration.Personnel engaged in the work of the administration of the moral education in our country should read more literatures both at home and abroad,study the case related to the administration of the moral education and gain the support in theory and experience.But that is not enough,we need to put the theory into practice in the process of teaching.Moreover,some theories are needed to be checked further in daily life.This thesis analyzes many kinds of problems in the moral education work.After careful research and the analysis of the interview results,this thesis puts forward some corresponding suggestions.The first part of this thesis mainly starts with the basic concept,which has carried on the detailed analysis of the basic concept of moral education and the ultimate goal,the present situation of the moral education work in middle school,the particularity of the middle school students and so on,so that it will be useful to further analysis.The second part analyzes the main problems of administration of moral education in middle schools.Firstly,schools,parents and students think poorly of the administration of moral education.This problem,with a long history,results from complex economic development condition and complex social environment.The school,teachers,parents and students all think that academic achievement and entering a higher school is the first,ignoring the emphasis on the moral education work.Secondly,the goal of the administration of moral education is too ideal and lack of level.Different school environment and different age of students will lead to different work details,causing the difference of the moral education work.So we can't use the traditional way of moral education for students,and don't consider the students' individual differences,so that we never even reach the effect of moral education.Thirdly,the content of the administration of moral education is not specific and lack of foreseeability.The content of the administration of moral education is mostly old-fashioned and does not reflect the changes of social life.Besides,failed to consider moral education work in middle school is a long period across six years,the students in the first grade of junior high school and in third grade of senior high school have very big difference,so we cannot treat them as the same.Fourthly,the way of the administration of moral education is incomplete and not thick enough.It is often just a single punishment or instilling moral knowledge,without considering whether students really accepted this kind of education.Finally,the system of the administration of moral education is not complete.What's more,it emphasizes the external management and weakens the main body role.Then this part also introduces the cause of the problems existed in the administration of moral education in middle schools.The first cause is the influence of the circumstance of exam-oriented education.The second cause is that the concept of the administration of moral education is old and backward.The third cause is that the troops of the administration of moral education don't keep pace with the times.The fourth cause is that the resources have not been utilized.The last cause is that the educators attach great importance to the form of the evaluation of moral education while they neglect the effect of moral education.The third part puts forward the effective countermeasures to solve these problems.Firstly,we should strengthen the status of the administration of moral education in three aspects.On one hand,we should establish the new concept of the administration of moral education.On the other hand,we should pay attention to the construction of teachers' ethics.Secondly,we should make a clear goal of the administration of moral education.Nowadays it is often impractical for most schools in the moral education,and school put forward some big and empty goal.So we need more realistic,developmental and operational countermeasures in the administration of the moral education.Thirdly,we should complete the content of the administration of moral education.We should adjust the content in three aspects,combining the administration of moral education with psychological health education,combining school and family,and combining school and society.Fourthly,we should optimize the way of administration of moral education from five aspects.We should optimize the ideology and politics lessons,strengthen scientific research in the administration of moral education based on new curriculum reform,improve the work of head teachers,pay attention to the construction of campus culture,and permeate the administration of moral education in the network environment.Finally,we should complete the system of the administration of moral education from three aspects.At first,build a network system of the administration of moral education.Then strengthen the construction of the administration of moral education.
