With the reform of college entrance examination system,Zhejiang province has been becoming one of pilot implementations for new college entrance examination program.New college entrance examination model for seven choose three has caused the New Class Teaching,that is senior school must to teach classes in one classroom at the same time for all the students who will take part in new-college entrance examination two years later.So,all the students including liberal arts students and science students will study in same classroom and there are many much differences among them.In order to respect the differences of students' level and protect students' self-esteem,this paper discusses the hidden hierarchical teaching in the chemistry class for grade one Senior School.There are five chapters in this paper.The first chapter is introduction part in which the background of the reform of college entrance examination,the feasibility,necessity and significance of the implementation of the project have been discussed.The second chapter is literature review.The first part is relevant theoretical basis.The second part is domestic research status,and the third part is interpretation of related concepts.The third chapter is the implementation of hidden hierarchical teaching in the chemistry class for grade one senior school.An investigate for the level of chemistry,motivation,interesting,attitude and so on has been made using the form of questionnaire investigation and interview in this chapter.Next,a dynamic hierarchical teaching according to the result of the questionnaire investigation and interview has been tested.That is to take different methods for different students by giving classroom questions,counseling,home exercises and so on.The forth chapter is effect verification.There are many changes for academic record,interesting,and attitude,because of the hidden hierarchical teaching in the chemistry class.Results show:By the form of implementation of hidden hierarchical teaching in the chemistry class for grade one senior School,students'enthusiasm for learning can be improved.For the top students of science in the experimental class,this teaching method will not reduce their academic level,instead is to promote and improve.Besides,for liberal arts students,implementation of hidden hierarchical teaching provides them with suitable learning difficulties,and learning interest and learning confidence of students are generally improved.As well as the academic performance of students has been significantly improved.In the fifth chapter,the disadvantages of hidden hierarchical teaching in the chemistry class for grade one senior school has been analyzed.The limitations and shortcomings of this study has been noted.
