With the continuous attention to the reform of teaching,the basic education has become more and more important to cultivate students' comprehensive learning ability.The PBL model for real and complex problems in their lives to stimulate students interest in learning,enable students to complete the self construction of knowledge in the process of cooperation to explore problems,improve the independent learning ability,team cooperation ability,information collection ability and the ability to solve problems,promote the all-round development of students,cultivate students' basic geographic literacy,with teaching the reform of students' training requirements,but also provide the direction for the development of basic education.With the rapid development of the information society,the demand for talents is also increasing.The society needs to have the ability to innovate and to have the ability to solve problems independently,and not only can mechanically recite the textbook knowledge,which has put forward higher request to the basic education."Ordinary high school geography curriculum standard" proposed "the basic concept of emphasis on geographical issues to explore",and try to find the geographical problems from learning and life,put forward to study program,in cooperation with others,to carry out the investigation and study,puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of the curriculum goal.Therefore,we must change the traditional teaching mode,to real life problems as the center,to guide students to give full play to the initiative and innovation ability through group cooperation,solve problems,and ultimately to improve the ability of solving problems,has become the basic education especially important content of geography education.This study mainly includes six parts:Part I: introduction.Mainly introduces the background and significance of the research,the core concepts of autonomous learning are defined and clarified the connotation and characteristics of autonomous learning;discusses the research and development trends of this subject at home and abroad from two aspects of the existing research results to the final finishing;methods of this study and research objectives briefly described.The second part: theoretical basis.This paper briefly discusses the main theories of autonomous learning,such as subjective education theory,constructivism teaching theory,humanism teaching theory and the teaching theory of the most recent development area.The third part: the investigation of teachers' behavior and students' expectation in high school geography autonomous learning.The behavior of the current high school geography teachers in autonomous learning and students' expectations and after the implementation of the questionnaire,statistics and analysis of survey results,the high school students' autonomous learning ability factors.The fourth part: the path of the high school geography curriculum teaching mode based on the independent study.The feasibility of teaching reform of high school geography curriculum of autonomous learning based on high school students depends on its own characteristics and level of knowledge structure,logical thinking ability and is inevitable demand at the same time and geography closely;secondly,design features of the high school geography teaching model PBL objectives,principles and specific procedures for the key this confirmed the feasibility of the PBL model in the process of the current high school geography self-regulated learning ability.The fifth part: the experimental study of PBL teaching model of geography curriculum.Through experimental study on the PBL teaching mode to implement the investigation and analysis of autonomous learning of the students before and after the change,and finally PBL in teaching reform of high school geography curriculum,can effectively improve the students' autonomous learning ability of the conclusion.The sixth part: conclusion and prospect.The research of this paper is summarized,and the future research direction is prospected.
