Research On The Development Of Students' Associations In Anhui Vocational College Of Press And Publishing

This paper selected the Anhui Vocational College of Press and Publishing as a case study.Make full use of individual case interviews,questionnaire investigation,combination of literature research and other research methods.In this paper, a systematic and comprehensive way of how to build and improve the students' Association in Higher Vocational Colleges.By investigating the educational aim of the school,Whole culture method,the status quo of the overall quality of students,Combining with the school teacher,Community guidance teacher,Chairman of the Federation of Societies,the person in charge of the society and records of interviews and questionnaires for student representatives.It shows the situation of the construction of student associations in the school, the analysis found the deficiency of the construction of the school community.Unbalanced development between societies,type is not perfect,lack of extensive student base in the design of community activities,the school is not enough to pay attention to the construction of community,the construction ability of the association itself is weak,corporate internal management problems, etc.Thus it is found that the root of these problems lies in the school community building awareness is not in place,society's own development prospects are not clear,community activities designed to be too common,students themselves do not pay enough attention to the development of society and the construction system and learning environment of Higher Vocational Colleges.At the end of this article, based on their own thinking and the successful case of community building.In order to improve the current higher vocational colleges give advice and suggestions of the construction of the Corporation.First of all, the role and development goals of the community should be correctly positioned;followed by the construction of the community itself to strengthen management;again is the guarantee of the sustainable development of society;The last is to improve the internal construction of the community.
