The Problems And Solutions Of Child-care At School After Class In Taiyuan

As the implementation of the policy of "ease the burden of students"and "fee system",the time students at school has been shorten,which leads to the problem of taking care of primary school when they leave school.In order to solve the parents' problems in picking up their children,Taiyuan government issued an important plan about people's livelihood about the new method of taking care of the students in primary school in April 2015.This plan come up with the free service of taking care of primary school students throughout the whole city.This service not only has been recognized by the parents but also attracts every walks' attention since implementing.The main purpose of this paper is to find the child care problems in primary school and put up with the solutions to improve the service.In this paper,we selected four primary schools as the research objects.I have a deep recognition through my visit,questionnaire survey and the interview survey.Then we put up with the problems including the single form,the arrangement of staff,the lack of guidance and supervision and the limited time.And on the basis of this analysis,we come to the conclusion including the undefined function,the lack of effective personnel,unsound system and the lack of community service function.Through the investigation and the analysis of the status,we can put forward some countermeasures from the aspects of form,staff,institute and community on the basis of learning experience from domestic and foreign forms of taking care of primary students.Thus the service of taking care of children can be promoted.
