| Environmental problems have existed since ancient times, but it was ignored by human beings until the middle age of the 18 thcentury. After the industrial revolution,the development of productive forces greatly influenced the human beings’ ability of affecting the environment and caused different kinds of environmental problems. In face of this situation, besides the scientific method, we should enhance the environmental awareness of the whole society and cut off the root of causing environmental problems.College students, as one of the important group in our society, are not only the successor of national construction in new period, but also the mainstay of social development in the future. However, the current environmental consciousness of Chinese college students is not optimistic. On the one hand, it is because that the education of environmental awareness starts late in China, so the system of environmental consciousness education is not yet mature; on the other hand, in the context of reform and opening up, various ideological trends arranged in a crisscross pattern and values diversification, money worship and hedonism have a negative impact on the college students of environmental consciousness. College students have the characteristics of active thought, strong ability of information acquisition and the advantage of gaining gathering education. Thus, college students’ environmental consciousness education makes a great effect on environmental protection.This article regard the traditional ecological view, ecological view of marxism,ecological view of Chinese characteristics socialism as the theoretical guidance, first expound the connotation of college students’ environmental awareness education and the necessity, contents, goals, through the questionnaire survey way to master the current situation of the university students’ environmental consciousness at present,in view of the current problem exist in college environmental consciousness education, put forward countermeasures from four aspects: improve the effect of classroom teaching, strengthen the actual effect of environmental education, improve the education practice way and rich the teaching methods. |
