As people’s living standards improve,with the pre-school education research, more and more people recognize the importance of early childhood education. Countries have issued a series of documents, such as "kindergarten work order", "Directions of Preschool Education" and "kindergarten teacher professional standards", In these documents, Kindergarten Teachers must have some professional abilities.Traditional kindergarten teacher’s professional competence is no longer suited to the new era of people’s desire. Therefore, it is important to improve the professional ability of Kindergarten Teachers.The professional abilities of Preschool Teachers, refer to competent the task of teaching skills or abilities. In this paper, the connotation of professional competence of teachers, features and elements to understand the perspective of professional ability, professional ability of the kindergarten students include professional values, basic skills and professional competence. In this paper, use the method of investigation and observation, surveys the basic skills of young teachers and students, teaching ability, communication skills and child care exchanges of teachers and teachers’ professional identity. According to Normal school’s current situation, analyze the causes which blocked the professional ability. To slove the question,we should change their culture, enhance teachers’ capacity and establish appropriate measures to the appropriate security system.
