Since China carried the reform and open up policy, the international exchanges has been increasingly strengthened, internationalization of education is the inevitable trend of the times. With the development of comprehensive national strength and international status, the number of foreign students increased year by year, "Study in China" has become the preferred choice for many overseas youth.Faced with such a huge market of overseas students, the state and universities must seize the opportunity to keep up with the pace of the times, besides new appealing policies and system, foreign students service must be put a lot of effort in. Foreign students' satisfaction evaluation on the services which provided by university is not only a matter of international reputation of the university but also the critical matter of the development and survival of foreign students education. Compared to other parts of the country, Guizhou University's foreign education started late, Less quantity, low level, the competitiveness is relatively weak. To improve the quality of administrative service for overseas students is undoubtedly an important means to enhance competitiveness. Therefore, the research of administrative service quality of universities in Guizhou is necessary.With the theory of satisfaction and SERVQUAL model, and construct a students' perception evaluation scale based on Likert scale, this thesis adopt the research methods of the combination of questionnaires and field interviews by using a random selection of students who enrolled in three universities in Guizhou Province for the study, to measure the perception evaluation about the administrative service quality in terms of reliability, responsiveness, empathy, tangibles and assurance of foreign students in Guizhou, to analyze the results of the questionnaires by spss21.0.The results showed that the score of the perception evaluation of the quality of theadministrative services offered by universities in Guizhou is not high,the evaluation of the infrastructure of hardware and software, scholarships, logistics services and service awareness of manager is comparatively low. After the analysis, this thesis puts forward the specific countermeasure towards the problems and provide a reference for improving foreign student services of universities in Guizhou.
