The Research Of Family Planning Interest Oriented System In Gender Vision

Since the implementation of One Child Birth Control in China, our country has made remarkable achievements. Not only excessive population growth has mitigated, but also social and economic aspects have developed. However, There are some issues when formulating and implementing the policies, especially on the unbalanced proportions of birth gender. Family planning interest oriented system which play a role in childbearing policy, is significant in switching fertility culture and Birth concept of the whole society as well as promoting new pattern of fertility culture. Additionally, with the development of society and the rising of western feminism, the issue of female rights draws attention of the public.. Therefore, working on China's gender fairness of Family planning interest oriented system policy, it is meaningful to advocating gender mainstreaming,progress of gender equity and balanced development in China.In this paper, first of all, the concept of social gender theory, family planning interests guide system from the content, the development process of carding, and summed up the characteristics of China's family planning interests oriented system. On this basis, using from the visual angle of social gender, from both positive and negative aspects of China's family planning benefit oriented system analysis, found the content of interest oriented family planning system to develop the starting point for the development of significance, system are better reflects the concept of social gender equality awareness. And the family planning benefit oriented system through the corresponding system construction, promote social gender equality. However, the interest oriented system is still not perfect, there is still room for improvement. For example: "compensatory" interest oriented policy makes the girl families were labeled weak labels. Non girl families do not enjoy equal benefits, contrary to the idea of equality between men and women, less attention in the care for girls, women, girls to boost household incentives of small and other issues still need further improvement. In view of the above problems, put forward and proved the following suggestions: social gender mainstreaming of gender equality through decision, interest oriented family planning system focus should be placed on the construction of gender equality in the system, oriented family planning pays much attention to the given to women in the survival and development.
