The balanced development of compulsory education makes teacher development to be more and more important. With the full implementation of national training program on primary and secondary school teachers in 2010, the teacher development had achieved brilliance and teacher development community also had arose at the historic moment. However, years of exam-oriented education gives the organization a thick utilitarian tendency. More and more teachers have become the means and puppets of education and have a resistance on it. what the education researchers should pay attention to is making teachers participate in the organization with full of emotional energy.This paper adopts qualitative research methods, through literature analysis, the text analysis, interviews and other research methods for information gathering and comb,and teachers with “class teacher workshops” prose to individual interview data. This study is based on the teachers’ emotional state, “ emotional energy ” to “ teacher development community”teachers in the development community, for example, from the perspective of sociology of emotions, in the development of teachers in teachers’ emotional needs and its influencing factors, to interpret from the teachers’ development in trouble.The nature of the community is interpersonal interaction, in this action, members communicate with each other and promote and develop. In the interactive ceremony chain, emotional energy is parted in high, low, positive and negative. The highest and the most positive emotional energy will be the best to teacher. So the community should wake up the highest and the most positive emotional energy. In Jonathan Turner’s theory of emotional awakening, the emotion of the individual in the group is affected by expectations and rewards and punishments. As a result, teachers’ emotional energy also affected jointly by expectations and rewards and punishments. Meanwhile,teacher’s expectation is influenced by emotional needs and group structure conditions.Reward and punishment are influenced by the response from other members in the community and how much their expectations have been meet. Based on the theory of emotional awakening and interview data, the influence factors of teachers emotional energy in teacher development community is the reform of schools and social system, the establishment of community structure conditions, the satisfaction of their emotionalneed and the results of the response of their inspires. Based on this, in this paper, the practice of advice is deviced into three parts, one part is that school must reform the related systems, one part is that the community has to foster an atmosphere of trust, the last part is that teacher in the community have to increase interest into it and the advance organizer must harmonize the contradiction between theory and practice. Only in this way, teachers’ emotional appeal for attention, emotional energy to awaken, they can get rich and full of self, truly for individual development. |
