| In recent years, information technology has brought profound changes to the field of education development. The traditional teaching way has received the unprecedented challenge, also has brought the infinite opportunity. As khan said at TED education conference: science and technology make education more humanization.In this paper, firstly we study from the perspective of theory and practice, introduced the emergence and development of the flipped classroom, and the research status at home and abroad, expounds the significance of research to teaching effectiveness evaluation dimensions in the flipped classroom. Secondly expounds the nature of the flipped classroom, through comparing with the traditional teaching mode, summarizes the characteristics of teaching in the flipped classroom, and define the flipped classroom teaching effectiveness evaluation dimensions related to learning theory foundation and basic concepts. Again through literature study, analysis, sorting, building the flip dimension sketch classroom teaching effectiveness evaluation put forward the flip the content of the effectiveness of classroom teaching evaluation dimensions. Finally using Delphi method, two rounds of expert consultation, to construct the evaluation dimensions content was revised, and using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to all levels of weight evaluation dimensions of content analysis, established the flipped classroom teaching effectiveness evaluation weight value of various dimensions of content of dimensions, and made a quantitative evaluation of dimension table, combined with case analysis, the summary and thinking.This article summarizes the effectiveness of classroom teaching evaluation dimensions, theoretically build the flipped classroom teaching effectiveness evaluation content and evaluation dimensions of various dimensions of content weight value, in order to make quantitative evaluation dimension table. In practice, combined with the specific discipline implementation case, using the quantitative evaluation table, so as to verify the quantitative table is scientific, and reflect on the content of the theory. Also pointed out in the process of research exist deficiencies monk to improve, and will improve in the follow-up work, expected in this paper, the research content can help to other researchers. |
