Residential college system is one of the universities education administration system based on community construction and the system of independent development of student life, which matches the college system. Accommodation system of college education mode is a system of significance and cultural value of the organization and concepts. H College is the first one sharing the accommodation college education mode among universities in Hebei province. Since June 2013, H College has formed relatively strong culture of education by gradually grope for practice, which makes people face-to-face. This paper takes the accommodation college education mode which is developed in H College as the research object, according to the actual situation, researches its origin, theoretical basis, teaching target, construction path, educational and cultural environment, educational activities, effects on students and proposes the corresponding suggestions according to the development dilemma.This thesis mainly adopts the literature research method, the observation method, the interview method combined with the research methods of questionnaire. In view of the practical problem on convergence pattern in colleges, under the background of the lack of practical experience, H College chose "touch stone across the river".2. The academy logo, college culture corridor and college feature room of H College are the main aspects of cultural construction. And the professional characteristics of three aspects are applied talents training mode.3. The types and quantities of the five residential college education activities are not only many but also characteristic, which are the important carrier of residential college system.4. Accommodation college system construction has a certain effect:First of all, students within the residential college take a average level of satisfaction on measures; secondly, the effect of the safety and health of students' dormitory is obvious; thirdly, the relationship between teachers and students is more closely; what's more, the new college students' moral education and the construction of campus culture pattern has been formed; at the same time, it won the scholar face-to-face.5. Accommodation system of college education mode developed in H college need to further improve and solve the problems in the organizational structure and management system, cultivation system, publicity measures, college tutors and college culture soft strength, etc.
