A Study On The Development Of Yuewu-Based Children Dance Education In Zhangjiakou

Dance plays an extremely important role in children education. With people's increasing yearning for and pursuit of art, dance is gradually integrated into their daily lives. Dance, a fundamental course in children education, has been flourishing; on the other hand, it has not got due attention and equal development owing to various factors. This study adopts Yuewu for reference while exploring children dancing activities, hoping that an innovative model will be found to guide the vigorous development of children dance education in China.In Zhangjiakou, children dance education has been greatly improved and the teaching stuff has increased; however, a lot of problems are in store. The present paper explores the problems that children dance education meets with. With the enlightenment of Yuewu, children dance education in Zhangjiakou will hopefully have a faster and better development.The thesis is composed of the following parts: introduction, an overview of children dance and Yuewu, significance of children dance education, Yuewu in children dance, status survey on children dance education in Zhangjiakou and relevant measures, and conclusion. The study aims to discovery the similarity between Yuewu and dance so as to find an opportunity in improving the present situation of children dance education in Zhangjiakou.
