With the development of Ordos pre-school education, Ordos' s temporarily employed kindergarten teachers become a very large group, their survival status greatly influence the development of the Ordos pre-school education. The study used a method of combining the quantitative research and interview, investigate to 360 kindergarten teachers(including the number of temporarily employed kindergarten teacher is 196; the number of formally employed kindergarten teacher is 164), research five dimensions of the quality of temporarily employed kindergarten teachers life : Amateur entertainment; working environment; social status; professional development; the valuation and pay. There's five aspects between temporarily employed kindergarten teachers and formally employed kindergarten teachers, the conclusion is as follows :1.The temporarily employed kindergarten teachers' amateur life is monotonous;2. The temporarily employed kindergarten teachers in poor working conditions;3. The temporarily employed kindergarten teachers are poor prospects for professional development;4. The temporarily employed kindergarten teachers in low social status;5. The Salary of temporarily employed kindergarten teachers is not high. According to the above conclusion, The author has analysis of the social analysis, management and personal factors, And put forward corresponding suggestions based on the three factors and reflection are as follows : Socially attend more care; To intensify support management, policy adjust measures; Teachers themselves to improve their own quality.
