| Since the new innovation of curriculum, the view of students “student-oriented” is proposed, and people pay more attention to the promotion of the students’ all- around quality. During the growth of the students, the junior middle school stage is a period for the children to gradually form the outlook on life and values, and is a crucial period for the development of the children, and also is a transitional period for the development of the children. A head teacher is the one most widely contacted with the students and understands the students. Therefore, the student management by the head teacher plays an important role in the development of a class and each child.This text firstly analyzes the related reference documents regarding the head teachers and class management from the perspective of theory, then studies and analyzes the management practice of several head teachers in our school and the practice of my own as a head teacher, recording typical cases in the class management and making an analysis and summary, and finding out problems in the class management, finally, suggestion for for promoting a better class management is made in terms of the head teacher, school and society. |
