Study On The Discipline Peculiarity Construction Of Nationalities Universities In China

The nationality universities undertake important mission of “serving the nationality areas and the minorities”. To nationality universities, the construction of the discipline peculiarity is the leading to make it develop, its level of construction decide the existence and development, influence the ability of attracting and gathering the high-level human, relate the proceeding of building an overall comfortably–off society.It is the urgent task for the nationality universities to construct the discipline peculiarity,improve the structure and the level.Niche theory?core competitive theory explain that how to construct discipline peculiarity and what kind of achievement it will get in nationality universities. The two theories not only guide the directions of development but also point out many problems. At the same time, they make us get better ways in construction.From the history of the discipline peculiarity construction,we can see that social needs and support of the national policy drive the discipline peculiarity to sprout,engender and develop.Through consulting,sorting and analyzing large amounts of information and the research analyses, we summarize a few achievements in discipline peculiarity construction, faculty, scientific research, human cultivating, resource and condition, communication and cooperation. We also analyze these problems in six views.Finally, we should be taken such as constructing the system of discipline, building the high-quality faculty,starting the high-level scientific study,raising the quantity and quality of the graduates,building the platform of discipline peculiarity, strengthening the communication and cooperation of science.
