With the development of society, more and more people recognize the value of high-quality pre-school education, and know the influence on physical and mental development of children. People have awared that teachers are the life and soul of education,and teachers are the key factor that determines the development of pre-school education. Therefore, the construction of a high quality of the teachers, to promote children's growth and social development, and the cause of the benefit of the development of the backbone of teachers, and promote the overall improvement of pre-school education teachers thatcould be a starting point, it is an urgent need to achieve the revitalization of the nation. To promote the improvement of the overall professional quality of preschool teachers, we must give full play to the leading role of the backbone teachers.This study selected B public kindergarten in Anshan City, Liaoning Province as the research object, using case study, literature method, observation method, interview method and physical collection method, etc., first of all, the overall situation of the kindergarten teachers in B kindergation is investigated and analyzed, and then the quality of the backbone teachers in B kindergarten is analyzed. Next the backbone teacher demonstration leading situation is investigated and analyzed, from the demonstration leading role, the form, the content carries on the depth interview.Finally, on the problem of the leading role of the backbone teachers in B kindergarten,the research found that: the backbone of teachers in the demonstration leading on the activities of the general teachers failed to take care of the needs of professional development,demonstration and guidance of the contents is single, and the model to leading is lack of initiative. On the basis of this, try to analyze the problems that affect the leading role of the B kindergarten teachers, and put forward the corresponding solutions. According to thecomprehensive analysis of the problems found in the research and the relevant factors, the relevant suggestions are put forward from the three aspects of the education,that is administrative departments, kindergartens and teachers.
