The music education is one important part of basic education.It’s a kind of education that improving the comprehensive development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetics and labor by cultivating the music quality and skill training.Through the music education which is high level quality education to promote the development of imagery thinking and help students enhance the creativity in order to get the aim of comprehensive education.Meanwhile,our education has been changed from examination-oriented education to quality education,developing the music education is an important part.In the music education,we can improve our appreciation,beatify our soul with a special way and set up the noble spiritual ideal by nice melody,abundant rhythms,colorful sounds and mellow harmony and so on.During the education process of training the disabled children,the music education also plays a very important role.Today,carrying out the music education for the disabled children has been one of the important teaching methods.Orff music teaching system,Dahl Klotz music teaching method,Kodaly music teaching method and music and dance teaching method and so on have been the effective Auxiliary rehabilitation and teaching method for disabled children in the field of special education.In term of vocal music education,every music education system is also reflected.Vocal music is an important part in music education which is not only can be handled by the disabled children but also can cultivate the aesthetic judgment,creative ability and the cooperation consciousness and so on.At the same time,it also can improve their cognitive ability,changing their negative or extreme attitude to the life and improve the mental health level by the training of memory,understanding and imaging music.By the investigation of disabled children’s music education status of Handan City,I had the’ comprehensive understanding of disabled children especially the visual disabled children’s music education status.Though,I found that the music education especially the vocal music for the visual disabled children is not optimistic now.By summing up this investigation,we can find the problems and the theory basics and then lay the foundation for the next step of the research.This research subject is just based on the teaching methods of vocal music in order to find a method which is fit for the visual disabled children.By the method of data collection,expert interviews and example program to write.There are five parts that are the important role of music education for the growing up of disabled children,the investigation of disabled children’s music education status of Handan City,the personality characteristics of visual disabled children,the general teaching methods of vocal music and the teaching methods of vocal music for visual disabled children.I hope that this paper can sum up one teaching method of vocal music which is fit for visual disabled children and contribute to the music education for them and other disabled children.
