College Students’ Socialist Core Values Education Research Under Cultural Identity

The core socialist values are the kernel of socialist core value system,they reflect the nature and basic characteristics of the socialist core value system,which are good for guiding the college students’ thoughts and behaviors.However,owing to the economic globalization and political multi-polarization,the values of people,especially the college students’ have been affected.As the successor of socialist modernization,the college students are the main force to promote the society progress.They also lead the trend of a society.If their values appear deviation,it will affect the development of the whole nation and society.Cultural identity is a national community cohesion spiritual bond.Its core is the dominant ideology of a national identity.The core socialist values are the dominant ideology in our country.To shape the general acceptance of this viewpoint,the college students ought to understand it exactly and accept it.As we all known,values exist in a certain culture.If we want to cultivate the college students’ ability of identifying and choosing,leading them to form the scientific concept of culture,we should create a good cultural environment for them from the perspective of cultural identity.Only letting the students accept and strengthen the general ideas of values’ cultural environment,can we deepen their identity of socialist core values,promoting the work of core socialist values education.This paper puts forward the principles for promoting college students’ socialist core values education from the perspective of cultural identity,including directionality,permeability and subjectivity.In order to give better advice for the college students’ socialist core values education,this paper also explore the specific measures,such as strengthening the construction of social cultural environment,improving the school education,attaching great importance to family education and college students’ self education etc.
