In July 2001, it is the first time that the “oral communication teaching” has displaced the“listening and speaking teaching” in the Full-time Compulsory Education Chinese Curriculum Standard(experimental version) which is made by Ministry of Education. It marks that the language teaching of primary and secondary schools in our country has got on a new stage,meanwhile it states that developing students' comprehensive abilities will be the wave of the future. Language teaching which is a part of developing comprehensive abilities gradually shows its importance. However, the putting forward of the new curriculum standard failed to solve problems on actual operation level, such as teaching goals, contents, textbook construction and class hour arrangement, etc, also it did not offer specific, operational guidance to oral communication teaching. It is another evidence that for many years, oral teaching has developed slowly, and still can not find an efficient path. Oral communication teaching in such a predicament is really worrying, it makes us have to focus on the curriculum content of “oral communication teaching” again.Because the setting of oral communication curriculum content has been not concerned all the time, leading to the phenomenon that the textbook of oral communication teaching despises goal, content, process and result. Based on this, this thesis, according to the curriculum and teaching theory, formulates and filters five first grade assessment indicators,twenty second grade assessment indicators, and uses The comprehensive evaluation method of Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy. to evaluate oral communication textbook of Chinese teaching in primary school that published by Jiangsu Education Press. It mainly evaluates the quality of textbook compilation and the fitness degree to teachers and students, and then analyzes the advantages and disadvantages in textbook compilation, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.This thesis has four chapters and summary as follows: the first part is introduction, it introduces the thesis' origin and states the object, purpose and method of the study,emphatically introduces the designing scheme of The comprehensive evaluation method of Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy., and reviews the related research on this subject done by scholars home and abroad. The first chapter is the establishment of evaluation index system of oral communication textbook for Chinese teaching in primary school. It discusses the basis of establishment of five first grade assessment indicators: the nature of curriculum,curriculum content, curriculum structure, children's language learning mechanism, curriculum standards. It includes some relevant theoretical and practical basis of Curriculum andTeaching Methodology. The second chapter is the quality analysis of oral communication textbook compilation for Chinese teaching in primary school which published by Jiangsu Education Press. It mainly analyzes the data and results of questionnaire, and then teases the advantages and disadvantages in textbook compilation. The third chapter is the ideas of textbook compilation of Chinese teaching in primary school published by Jiangsu Education Press. It puts forward specific improvement countermeasures from five aspects: procedure and methods, examples and supports, the sequentiality of textbook compilation,metacognitive strategies and evaluation strategies. The forth chapter is the summary and tips.It is mainly about the innovations and the characteristics of this thesis, the illustration for the achievements, and puts forward improvement and ideas for the study of oral communication textbook in the future.
