Since the reform and opening up,higher education had been changed from the elite education to popular education through the great-leap-forward development of enrollment.But the quality of education is the lifeline of colleges and universities,improving the quality of education is to improve the quality of teaching.The quality of teaching management will directly affect the quality of teaching.Therefore,it has an positive influence on colleges and universities to build a scientific comprehensive evaluation system of teaching management,to promote the development of colleges and universities,and steadily improve the quality of teaching.1.through applying the theory of customer perceived service quality to the evaluation system of teaching service,taking students as the center,a evaluation index system of teaching management based on the students' perceived service from the five aspects of tangibility,reliability,responsiveness,assurance and empathy.The Analytic Hierarchy Process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are used to analyze and evaluate the service levels of College of Mechanical Engineering of Quzhou University.According to the evaluation results,the existing problem at present are found out and the suggestions are listed for improvement.2.the self-evaluation system of the provincial colleges and universities is established based on analytic hierarchy process and experts grading method.Taking the secondary college of Quzhou University as an example,the main problems and reasons about the current teaching quality and development orientation are found out and the improvements are put forward for us.3.taking the teacher's business level,the students' knowledge acceptance,the teaching-related management work and the evaluation and feedback between each other,and the teaching management level as the general index,the evaluation index System of teaching management is established based on success degree grade method and help us find out the existing problem on the aspect of student and the advices.4.the three index systems are integrated,and a set of comprehensive evaluation index system of teaching management in colleges and universities is put forward,and the level of teaching management comprehensive level of the current school is calculated and analyzed.The evaluation system can help us get a preliminary and scientific data for the evaluation of teaching management of Quzhou University,and clearly know the direction to improve the teaching management and formulate policies in the future.
