Vocational education belongs to the abnormal education in our country. Professional setting is one of the most important factors which influence the teaching quality. There is a phenomenon that cultivation of talents in the secondary vocational education has no connection with the market in our country at present. Unreasonable professional setting of secondary vocational school has become one of the obstacles in the development of secondary vocational education.First of all, this study sets 24 national and provincial key secondary vocational schools of Hainan province as the main research object, combined with the reality, adopts the research methods to analyze the current development of secondary vocational school in Hainan province, to lay a good foundation for professional setting of secondary vocational school.Secondly, through the analysis of survey data, found that there are several problems in the secondary vocational school of Hainan province, such as professional name is not standardized; professional setting layout confusion, professional structure doesn't fit the needs of the local industry, these problems lead to unreasonable professional settings of secondary vocational school.Finally, this study has given reasons from three aspects: government, market, school. And put forward solutions like government-led, strengthen macro-control, the escort for professional Settings. And market-oriented, set the direction for the professional. The schools should pay attention to the connotation construction, set solid foundation for professional suggestions. Through study secondary vocational school professional Settings, the key is to adapted to the local industry so as to further study of secondary vocation education.
