In 2019,the national vocational education plan listed history as a public basic compulsory course for secondary vocational schools,which is of great significance in the development history of secondary vocational education in China.However,what does not match with the new situation and new requirements is that,compared with ordinary high schools,the history teaching research of secondary vocational schools in China is still in the preliminary stage,and there are fewer professional history teachers in secondary vocational schools,which is still far from the requirements of the national secondary vocational education development plan.As a pilot province of national education reform,Hainan province has actively responded to the announcement of the ministry of education by offering history courses in secondary vocational schools.This study is based on this background.In this paper,using the method of historical documents,investigation,interview method and practical case law,etc.,based on the current situation of secondary school history curriculum research,with bank of Hainan province for inspection,the school teaching practice in secondary vocational school students characteristics,the history curriculum standard,analyzes the problems in teaching,and comparing with ordinary high school history teaching,and proposes some thinking to improve secondary vocational school history teaching.This paper is divided into four parts.The introduction mainly introduces the source and significance of the selected topic,reviews the research status at home and abroad and defines the relevant concepts.The second part mainly introduces the changes in the number of secondary vocational schools and the number of students since the establishment of hainan province,as well as the history courses in Haikou secondary vocational schools since the ministry of education issued the paper.The third part mainly compares the similarities and differences between the secondary vocational school and the ordinary high school history curriculum standard.Secondary vocational school and ordinary high school belong to the stage of high school education,the history teaching of the two schools is similar to some extent,and under the situation that the domestic research on the history teaching of secondary vocational school is still relatively weak,the history teaching of secondary vocational school can draw lessons from ordinary high school,but it should focus on the curriculum standard.The last part is mainly based on the author's teaching practice in Hainan Bank School.Through a comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of Hainan secondary vocational school and secondary vocational students,a set of teaching strategies suitable for the history course of secondary vocational school are preliminarily proposed on the basis of the above.
