With the old peasant workers' descendants married and have their own children. The new generation of migrant works have began to look for a job in cities. As a large number of new generation of migrant works into the cities, they are a new outlook on the social constitution of all walks of city life. Now, the young migrant works have become the main part of all the migrant works. During the process of being education, the compulsory education is a crucial stage. It's quite important for the development of children's study, character and personality. Therefore, our government and education authorities should pay more attention to the new generation of migrant works' left-behind children. So, this research regards them as the object of the study, and apply theory analysis and empirical analysis to study the compulsory education issues of the left-behind children.This research is based on the field investigation in Chang Yuan, He Nan province. In order to get the whole panoramas of the native compulsory education. The researcher carries on a questionnaire survey and some interviews in Ding Luan town, Chang Cun town, Meng Gang town and Fang Li village. Making a deep analysis on the left-behind children's compulsory education is try to find the reason why the left-behind children have much education problems. Besides, the author makes a survey on these left-behind children's parents. It shows that the new generation of migrant parents have different opinions on their children's compulsory education. Researchers explain the influential factor by using the collecting data and materials. Based on all of this, the author proposes measures and suggestions to solve these problems. There are six parts in my essay:Introduction: state the research background, research status, the purpose of research and significance, studying design and the innovation.The first chapter: define basic conceptions and expound the relative theories, such as, social stratification, commonality equity and justice, output-input theory, management theory.The second chapter: base on Chang Yuan's actual situation, carry on questionnaire surveys and interviews to know the left-behind children's livelihood and learning situation.The third chapter: get to know the new generation of migrant works' opinions on their children's compulsory education and analysis the influential factors.The fourth chapter: try to find the way to solve the problems, get the supports from the native, school, government and so on.Conclusion: summarize the whole paper, and get an outlook for the left-behind children's future.
