| Since the reform and opening-up,with the process of urbanization accelerating,and the unbalanced development of different economic regions,a large number of labors in rural areas come to the cities to find the opportunity of work,to pursue the high level life which is different from the rural areas.According to the《Development Report of China’s Floating Population of 2018 》,the number of rural workers is 290 million in the end of 2017,among which there is 170 million migrant workers.Nowadays,the migration of floating population has a trend of "long-term" and "family".Being lack of care,many children have no choice to follow their parents to the cities.We can call them migrant workers’ children.In our country,every school-age children should equally receive compulsory education,according to the law.However,after the migrant workers’ children coming into the local government,a series of unfair education problems which is caused by household register is increasingly outstanding.This bring big challenge to local educational management.Longwan,one of the three city centers of Wenzhou,which develops rapidly,attracts a large number of migrant workers.The paper takes the compulsory education problems of migrant workers’ children in Wenzhou Longwan as the research object.It collects relevant information through questionnaire and field visits.Surveying the problems in compulsory education,the author tries to find solutions with the combination of the theory of educational equity,the theory of equalization of basic public services and the theory of human capital.In the first part,the author mainly expounds the background、the purpose and the significance of the research.Looking for the research materials at home and abroad,the author has a good understanding of research actuality,and introduce the advantages and deficiencies of the current research.Meanwhile,the author sorts the research contents and makes the research methods clear,which is basic of the following research.In the second part,the author defines the relevant concepts of this paper.For example,the concepts of migrant workers and compulsory education.Meanwhile,the author research the theoretical basic.In addition,the author finds some policy change from 1992 to these days,which divides the policies into exploratory period,acceleration period and the hard period,which is worked for the following paper writing.In the third part,the paper investigates the local primary and secondary schools and the current situation of compulsory education in Longwan,analyzes the survey subjects,then analyzes the current problems of compulsory education of migrant workers’ children and the factors causing the problems.In the fourth part,the author tries to put forward the feasible suggestions to solve the problems.In the fifth part,the paper mainly points out the conclusion and looks to the future of the study. |
