Harmony is the eternal subject that human beings have been pursuing, and its formation depends on leading, educating and practicing. Colleges and universities play a significant role in spreading knowledge, cultivating talents and serving society, and numerous high-caliber talents and elites have assembled here. Whether the internal human relations of colleges and universities are harmonious or not would not only have direct impact on carrying out of various school affairs, quantity and quality of personnel training, but also be affecting general implement of our Party's educational policy and the rejuvenation of our nation. In order to promote the construction of harmonious interpersonal relationships, the author puts forward that harmonious interpersonal relationship is the basis of harmonious campus. From the previous studies, the author studies the relationship and interaction of the and ideological and political education, puts forward that the harmonious interpersonal relationships on campus should be stimulated from the perspective of improving the ideological and political education mechanism, and brings forward 5 measures, which includes optimizing the campus environment, conducting harmonious campus, mediating the will of the people and the public opinions, improving the contradiction resolving mechanism, building a tolerant campus atmosphere, perfecting mentality dredges mechanism, defending vulnerable groups'benefit, perfecting harmonious interests mechanism; establishing the open and fair environment, perfecting school management mechanism; insisting on the unification of system restrains and personalization management, and perfecting test and assessment incentive mechanism.
