Today’s education learns the lessons in the continuous development.It has already said goodbye to the traditional teaching mode,coming the age of the mathematical modeling.With the progress of the information technology,scholars pay much attention to the development of mathematics application consciousness,the thoughts of mathematical modeling has widely spread in the university,most schools set up the mathematical modeling courses in the form of the required course,a few schools which consider their nature set up the mathematical modeling courses in the form of the required course.Mathematical modeling is the continuous development in the field of Science,it makes the thought of mathematical modeling become the focus of the high school teaching.More and more scholars has put into the research of mathematical modeling in high school teaching,for mathematical modeling and teachers in the teaching process how to cultivate the mathematical modeling thought,it made lots of research,many schools has gradually applied mathematical modeling into the teaching practice,carry out mathematical modeling activities in the classroom teaching.With the application of mathematical modeling teaching in high school,many scholars began to turn the research direction in the field of elementary school mathematics modeling,it makes the research train of thought of primary school teaching wide.The author’s main research direction is not only teachers how to carry out modeling teaching activities in the current primary school teaching and the importance of penetrating the thought of mathematical modeling and cultivating the ability of teaching in the process of modeling teaching,but also giving relevant teaching clips in further studies.The paper interprets the author’s research direction from five aspects: The first part gives the research background and the research value of this paper and explores themathematical concepts related to the research direction of this paper and introduces the research situation about the development of mathematical modeling at home and abroad;The second part starts from the new curriculum standard and the modern education thought and discuss the theoretical basis of the application of mathematical modeling in primary school;The third part not only combines three types(asked vouchers,interview,test)of the survey to investigate the application of the mathematical modeling teaching in primary school and permeate mathematical modeling thoughts in teaching activities,but also analyzes the data from two aspects(primary school teachers and primary school students);The fourth part makes a deep research on the modeling teaching in primary schools,the present situation of the teaching of modeling in primary schools is analyzed and the practical strategies of primary school modeling teaching is explored from three different aspects;The fifth part explores the way of cultivating pupils mathematical modeling thought.I hope the research of this paper can provides reference for the direction of the elementary school mathematics modeling and come true the value of this paper.
