As for the research of college entrance examination on physics, most scholars mainly focus on the tests of questions for students' knowledge rather than scientific methods. The teaching aim proposed by the Physics Curriculum Standard of Ordinary High School(experiment) not only involves the knowledge and skills but also involves the process and methods. To analysis the content of the physics scientific methods in college entrance examination can help teachers to strengthen the cultivation of the scientific methods for students. In view of this, this paper mainly explores the scientific methods of college entrance examination on physics.In the first place, Through consulting the literature, this paper defines the main concepts about the research. Besides, this paper classifies the relevant scientific methods by taking the cognitive learning theory, the theory of multiple intelligence and the theory of "intelligence- skills- cognitive structure" as the instruction and applying the professor Xing Hongjun's classification about the scientific methods. In the second place, by analyzing the Physics Curriculum Standard of Ordinary High School(experiment), the result shows that the requirement of Curriculum Standard for knowledge is more clear than that for methods. Based on this, the researcher manifest and count up the physics scientific methods while acquiring the knowledge, which include the following methods. Such as direct definition method, ratio definition method, product definition, idealized model, the control variable method, idealized experiment method, deductive method, inductive method, graphic and pictorial method,analogy method, differential method, classification method and subjunctive method. In the third place, by analyzing the requirement of physical Exam Outline of the National New Curriculum in 2015 for physics scientific methods, the result shows that the Outline mainly focuses on the test of knowledge and ability but there is no obvious mention about physics scientific methods. In the end, according to the requirement of Curriculum Standard and The Exam Outline, the researcher mainly manifests and counts up the physics scientific methods implied in college entrance examination ofphysics(except experiment) including National Curriculum Volume ?and ?in 2015,Volume of Beijing, Guangdong, Shandong and Jiangsu. The result shows that there are14 kinds of scientific methods on physics tested in college entrance examination. They are idealized model method, deductive method, analogy method, ratio method, the control variable method, integral and isolation method, graphic and pictorial method,physical model method, symmetric method, critical method, comparison method, and subjunctive method. And also, a question can be solved by a variety of methods but not a single one.Combining with the analysis of college entrance examination on physics for scientific methods, the researcher puts forward some teaching suggestions about scientific method education during teaching physics in senior high school.
