The Current Situation And Countermeasure Reseaech On The Promotion Of Wushu Dan System In Ordinary Universities Of Henan Province

Located in central China, Henan Province where the early Chinese civilization originated from, it is also the main battlefield for inheriting traditional Chinese Wushu culture with a favorable foundation in promoting the Wushu Dan system. After Henan Province was designed as one of the six national Wushu Dan system promotion testing Provinces at 2014, we dialectically analyzed the value and problem of Wushu Dan system, and these analyses not only have theoretical guiding significance to the sustainable development of Henan Province Wushu Dan system, but also can provide references for national promotion.This paper selected 10 testing ordinary universities of Henan Province as research objects, investigated the present situation of Wushu Dan system promotion in Henan ordinary universities through documentation method, research methods, mathematical statistics and logical analysis. Based on the analysis of survey data, the paper summarized the advantages and disadvantages in promoting Wushu Dan system, and continued to propound the optimized strategies.Ordinary universities in Henan has formed a situation of joint promotion of the government and the ordinary university in Hennan carries out strategies and methods by the few years of testing exploration. Survey data shows that: First, teachers aspect, full-time Wushu teachers account for 80%, young teachers in seniority and age structure are the leading force, because they not only have certain athletic ability but also their teaching experience is abundant. 96% of teachers are with over middle and senior Dan system, which effectively guarantees the quality of the conduct of teaching content. Second, courses development form aspect, Henan University, North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power, Henan Institute of Science and Technology, Pingdingshan University, Jiaozuo University make the contents of Wushu Dan system join in the curriculum of public sports and add into teaching plans, which is an important class in public compulsory and optional courses. The course development form of Wushu Dan system is in optional courses and martial arts classes in Zhengzhou University, Henan Normal University, Jiaozuo Normal College, Henan Science and Technology University, Luoyang Normal University. Three, teaching projects aspect, courses of Tai-chi-chuan, Shaolin boxing and Long quan are carried out the most. Four, interchange activities aspect, the school participates in the match event to improve the motivation of students and to maintain a stable interests and attitudes student of practicing martial arts. Universities regularly organize and participate in teacher's training to improve teachers' knowledge and teaching ability. Five, the test pilot aspect, each university has fixed office space and test pilot stadium to meet the needs of teachers and students' Dan system exam.This paper arranges and analyzes the research object have show that ordinary university in Hennan have following problems: Firstly, the leader of ordinary university in Hennan do not pay enough attention to the promotion of Wushu Dan system. Secondly, the Wushu Dan system's faculty and student proportion in Hennan are serious unbalanced, and there are small number of faculties who should improve their own quality and ability. Thirdly, there are still deficiencies in the teaching system of Wushu Dan and organic combination of teaching mechanism and rewarding system. Fourthly, the lack of social needs and the effect weakening of Wushu, which results in less incentives to study and exam. Fifthly, the promotion way of Wushu Dan system in Hennan is relatively onefold. The way of promotion such as Wushu interchange activity, special topic lecture and specialist forum are obviously lacked.In terms of the above questions, we have drawn a conclusion that several following measures should be taken in order to enhance the promotion of Wushu Dan system in Henan ordinary university: First, Carry out A Decade Program to Promote Wushu Dan System as quickly as possible, and make coordination with education department. Popularizing Wushu Dan system should be supervised evaluated and managed by P.E administrative department. Second, increasing the quantities of professional teachers in Wushu. Three, bring in modern teaching methods as well as combine teaching system with incentive measures. Four, make combination among Wushu Dan system, grade of athletes and P.E instructors in society, and improve the authority of Dan system in society and activities. Five, increasing approaches for transmission and communication, strengthen publicity by virtue of network media, hold symposium, cultivation and communicative activities at regular intervals.
