With the development of social work in China,social work talent demand in China is increasing,social work teachers in universities as the most important part of social work talent team,their career satisfaction is not only about their own physical and mental health,the quality of teaching and scientific research,also has an important influence on the development of social work in China.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the career satisfaction of social work teachers in universities and relevant countermeasures.This study selected the social work teachers as the respondents,the study adopts the questionnaire survey method and the interview method to carry out theinvestigation.First of all,using statistical analysis software for data analysis in case of samples,respectively analysis the current status of career satisfaction is divided into six aspects:salary,career advancement,interpersonal relationship,work environment,work content and social identity.Secondly,using the chi-square test to studies where college professional categories,salary level,interpersonal relationship,work environment,job and social identity is the influence factors of the career satisfaction.The final results showed a higher overall career satisfaction levels,but the evaluation of professional title,salary level,the management style of school leadership and professional social identity satisfaction reflect a low level,and it is the social work teachers want to improve.This study mainly from the current situation of social work teachers in universities,according to the relevant data analysis,that’s concluded the influencing factors in career satisfaction.The proposed measures are proposed from five aspects:improving the salary level,perfecting the evaluation system of professional title,creating a good campus environment,increasing the professional level of attention and publicity efforts,policy advocacy for social work professionalization and specialization,this will help to advance the career satisfaction of Social Work teachers in universities,establish a high quality and level of social work teachers team,promote their healthy development,also expand the social work in the field of teachers’ career satisfaction related research.
