Investigation And Research On College Students' Part-time Job

With the change of social environment and the diversity of people's value orientation,college students' life style is becoming more and more diversified.At present,college students part-time has become a widespread social phenomenon,but it reflected some of the problems such as part-time students self awareness is not high,their rights and interests have been infringed,part of students engaged in unfair part-time event,all of those worth us to be alert and thinking.The investigation of students in 5 universities in Nanchang City as the research object,combs the domestic and foreign related literature s,clear the previous domestic related literature research of the college students part-time respectively status,motivation,advantages and disadvantages of the protection of the rights and interests of four aspects from the start,foreign literature research of part-time students respectively from the phenomenon,affecting factors and reasons of three aspects to elaborate.From the theoretical and practical point of view to explore the phenomenon of part-time students,through the combination of questionnaire and interview survey methods,the use of Logistic model and other statistical methods to analyze the current situation and influencing factors of College students.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,mainly expounds the research background and significance of the topic,research ideas and frame structure,innovation and shortage of international literature review;the second chapter is the summary of the related concepts and theories,focuses on "part-time" concept and part-time related theories;the design and implementation of the third chapter relates to part-time investigation,including the meeting purpose of investigation and survey,clear survey project and the design of the questionnaire and survey methods and survey the problems and solutions;the fourth chapter is the core part of this research,based on the questionnaires and interviews,using descriptive statistical analysis to analysis the existing problems and influence factors of the empirical analysis of the current situation of for college students,part-time;on this basis,the fifth chapter mainly using logistic regression analysis of college students part-time influencing factors empirical analysis on the basis of this,the sixth chapter in view of the existing problems of college students,respectively school,business and government have put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
