With the facts of our country' s promptly developing economy, colleges and universities'enlargement of enrollment,and high education institutional reform, part-time job service has gained great development.However,at the same time,it also has brought forward new challenges to part-time job service in. the field of managing idea,managing pattern, managing means etc.For adapting to the need of managing practice and to sufficiently realize its managing function,in order to help the poor students with financial problems, in order to foster college students'practice ability and esthetical quality and to structure "harmonious campus",it seems to have important theoretic value and practical significance to excite the managing connotation,to make a shift of managing faction, to renew the managing mechanism.This paper,based on the analysis of the significance of part-time job service and on the study of its management research,fixes the boundary of its connotation and extension. It illustrates the main rationale of part-time job service management--the theory of college students "Management- Service- Development" and "The theory of human-center management" It suggests that the managementof part-time job service has educational value,economic value,moral value and politics value,and it also has great significance to our country's high education allocation,high education institutional reform and the structure of harmonious society.This paper goes deeP into the problems and challenges in the.process of part-time job service's management.At last,it gives the principles,basement and strategies of its management. It insists on the base of "regarding educating people as the kernel',"the integration of education, social nature and economy",and "the integration of norm and flexibility"It argues to draw the advanced experience of management abroad,and carry out the innovation of managing ideas.It suggests to set up special managing organization of part-time job service on the base of regulations' formulation to promote its scientification, standardization and systematism in order to build up a high-grade, high-effect, vigorous inside operating managing mechanism. These researches will provide new'methods and ways to the management of part-time job service in the new epoch.
